Waghville Waterpark & Resort – Rules & Guidelines

At Waghville, your safety, comfort, and joyful experience are our top priorities. Please go through the rules carefully for a smooth and memorable visit.

1. Tobacco, cigarettes, gutkha, or any kind of intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited.
2. Alcohol consumption is not permitted within waterpark premises or during rides. The management will not be responsible for any mishaps due to intoxication.
3.Proper swimwear is mandatory. Without costume, entry to water slides is not allowed.
4. Outside food & beverages are not allowed inside the premises
5. Follow all instructions provided by Waghville staff and representatives.
6. If you have health issues such as asthma, high blood pressure, heart-related conditions, or similar, please avoid participating in rides or adventure activities.
7. In case of natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, refunds will not be provided.
8. Management reserves the right to change prices or introduce new offers at any time without prior notice.

9. 2 Complimentary Water Bottles + Toothpaste, Soap & Oil Pouch are provided for room guests.
10. Additional water bottles or aerated drinks are chargeable as per menu rates.
11. Valid food coupons must be carried by guests according to their package.
12. Starters are not included in standard Stay or Day Food Packages and will be charged separately.
13. Buffet arrangements may be made during peak hours for quick and smooth service.
14. Customized menu available for groups of 10+ guests with advance booking at least 5 days prior.
15. For large groups, customized food and discounted packages are available on request.
16. Special discounted rates are available for Members, Corporates, and Associates.
17. School Picnics/Trips packages applicable only for groups of 60+ students.
18. Check-in/Check-out timing must be followed. Early/late requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
19. Important: Failure to adhere to these rules may result in denied entry or removal from the premises without a refund. We request all guests to maintain decorum and enjoy responsibly.
