Visitor: Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms post 19.00 hrs. Post 19.00 hrs extra occupant charges would be applicable and the Visitor must register with the front desk with a valid photo ID.


Pet(s) is allowed in guest rooms and public areas except hotel lobbies, restaurants, banquet spaces, pool area and health club. Pet(s) must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest. Pet(s) must be kept on a leash when in the resort or on the resort property unless it is in the guest room. Pet(s) must not be left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet(s) on the resort property and in the neighbourhood.

Waghville Hospitality & Multiprojects Pvt. Ltd  and management reserves the right to withdraw the package at sole discretion without prior intimation or notice in the event of any changes in taxes levied by the State or Central Governments, the same will be applicable from the date such taxes come into force.

All foreign nationals need to carry a valid Passport, Visa / work permit and need to present it at the time of arrival which will be checked and verified by the relevant authorities. All Indian nationals must present a Photo Identification proof and address details at the time of arrival.


Cars valet services will be available for resident guests. Drivers will not be allowed to sleep in a car in parking lot and Driver’s accommodation is available at an extra cost and would be subject to availability at the time of check-in.
Note: All rooms are non-smoking and guests can smoke only in private sit-out and open areas of the resort.

Cancellation & Modification Policy:

1. Cancellations /Modification by customers made more than 14 days before stay date will not incur cancellation charges. (3% Transaction Charges will be applicable for any Refund)

2. Cancellations /Modification within 14 to 7 days will incur a 50% cancellation fees and within 7 – 0 days will incur 100% cancellation fees.

3. 100% cancellation fee applies to all special offers include, not only limited to Flash sale, promotional offers, or packages etc., These booking are non-amendable and non-cancellable and non-refundable.

4. The cancellation policy stands even in case of any emergency.

5. 3%Transaction Charges will be Applicable for all Cancellation and On cancellation of refundable booking, the refund processing will take time between 2 to 4 weeks.

Waghville Hospitality & Multiprojects Pvt. Ltd . reserves the right to discontinue the Scheme without assigning any reasons even prior to the Scheme Period.
